Yes looks like Sept 2019 Ascent Foreclosed, so I think ILIAD Research & Trading/Venture Partners own the building, & then the price share price dropped as per their MO. But they did not get shares in this transaction, as far as we know. Bernd bought shares, so I don’t see a track record of him burning down companies only building....So will ILIAD/Venture Partners be able to continue to manipulate stock prices? Unless they own shares under another front...
