The CEO's background doesn't lead to a conclusion about anonymous investors, but how Quarles ended up here is a valid question. He should have been in his prime earning years but instead he joined a non profit organization (OSA), and now this unlisted penny stock company on a low salary. Sometimes resumes are misleading. It's interesting that his title at OSA was Chief Scientist, but for some reason they haven't replaced him.
