Co not diluting: however their was mass diluting by NOTE holder at 0.0031 stock price few weeks ago,

remember everyday we were saying mm are almost done ,,,almost done, well I don’t know exact numbers however that was dilution,!period, let’s say it was 50 million..that’s a lot for stock price to absorb,maybe it was 100 million? So imo note holder had an effect on price

Hence price. Is back near the dumping area
