I’m pretty sure that’s not how it happened.... The company has been getting completely hammered from shareholders through email.... they would have announced something by now.... I’ll keep an open mind, but not announcing anything is bad juju either way, either they knew the news of this would tank the pps and they get their friends some discounted shares, then announce, or more likely, there is nothing good to say, and they are scrambling to plea for the business back, making promises to the note holder that the holder already knows are no good. Option 1 is immoral and illegal, option 2 is just pathetic.

If they lost BLF entirely, the board should remove Anshu and Chris, and offer the savvy note holder the position, lol
