How is it being manipulated?

It’s being sold daily at cheaper and cheaper prices.

There isn’t enough buying interest to hold it up.

To me that’s not manipulation. It’s simply there are sellers who go into this at fantastic prices and are still making a killing selling all the way down to .02 and below.
