Daviddal, This could make for an interesting confluence of events, making the complete reassembling of all Ampakine rights by a BP more feasible, since an outfit like KKR might not be averse to quickly selling off some of Organon's peripheral programs. This, timed with the availability of the recently reassembled Cortex/Servier properties, could be attractive to a BP interested in the AMPA platform -- suddenly the global Ampakine rights for all the major indications could be available.
