That is a good question since there have been a number of discussions on the ultra-clean water system in the past. Looking back at my past notes, I only came away with this: "Franklin facility now has the ultra-clean water facility to supply us rather than purchasing that water as in the past."

So the "water purification equipment" mentioned in the permit may be in addition to what they have in Franklin, imo. It could also be that the Franklin water system was sized to supply Myford also and "distribution piping" could be bringing water from Franklin for storage and distribution in Myford.

Guess we will have to ask them that at a later time unless djohn or someone can shed more light on that question.
