Based on the company's official released document CBLAQ shareholders will be entitled about 10% of the Newly-Reorganized company's common shares which means CBLAQ could be worthy at least $0.50872 a share assuming the Newly-Reorganized company is worthy $1B which is a very conservative number!

Anyway I'll hold all my shares for $0.5 at least. I wish to own 20M shares in the near future!
