I ran out of messages yesterday. So I did some research of that new patent that Mark Chan and Travis are working on together.

No matter how beautifully written your patent application is, or how amazing its drawings, the application won’t officially see the light of day for quite a while. In the US, a utility patent application normally remains secret for 18 months after its filing date.*

So the would be patent is only displayed after 18months to allow the public to see what is basically up and coming.

Also I belive one of the things that made the patent wording incorrect is now that sprint is no long around they may have to rewrite the paperwork to say tmobile. It seems foolish but that how they work. This patent could be up and funding in ni time as long as they get the wording correct. The counties trial run I belive is 100% for this. Id you read the patent working they talk about being able to track BIG Data 500k to 1m+ cars. This will be a major win for the compmay once they rework their patent proposals and send them back. Of you read it says non final action mail just means that something in the paperwork they don't like, it's not a rejection or it would day final action mail.

Everything I have wrote about is all on the internet and a quick search will be able to show you.
