Wow...just astonishing how motivated you are to mess up the meanings of my words. So here it is again.

The deal "should be closed" by the end of the week. It wasn't and they were finalizing closing docs. I told Peter how innaproppriate it was to suggest in a Pr that because as everyone knows, banking docs in the final stage for deals of this magnitude usually require anothere 2-3 weeks for finalization.

Secondly, you knew what I meant when I said GAG but you chose to change it's meaning and I feel really sorry for you because it shows just how motivated you are and what for. I of course meant, the lawyers at sljb gagged the company from pring info due to the osc letter. Prior to that Airys and Stock were arranging a trip to view contracts because people were upset about not seeing info on the TA and the Pr'd deal.
