longshott and travel lightly, knowing some investors loaned money to the company proves nothing. It seems you're making an "appeal to authority" argument where we assume these investors must be experts who know what they're doing. But investors lose money in penny stocks like this all the time and these people are anonymous, so we have no idea what knowledge they have of lasers, directed energy etc.

Regarding the significance of short interest, do you sell off AERG shares when it rises 23%? If not, it's just confirmation bias to cite the 23% decrease.

Travel lightly, you are correct, the plaintiff is not Farley but the law firm that represented Farley.
