There is absolutely no reason anyone should have been stuck holding shares of this obvious fraud. All the signs were there, not the least of which was the completely fraudulent and bogus claims about the "coal mines". 60 seconds of basic mining research should have told anyone that. And even if you didn't believe me and other posters that NEWC's claims were completely FOS, one look at the SEC filings and their comment letter would have proved it.

Sure, the CEO lied. That should have been obvious, and a sign that this company was a fraud and going to zero.

Anyone stuck here has no one to blame for their losses but themselves for failing to help themselves to the massive amount of freely available information that it was a fraud.

And I told you at the time that if anyone felt like suing over the CEO's lies, the needed to do it immediately upon the bogus SEC filings as that would have been a slam dunk. Too late now.
