Its almost certain they will get an extension. To actually close Microvast will probably take 2-3 months. Its a process. Now that they have LOI they will get the extension from the funders, imo.

Warrants may have the best upside but the most risk If a spac does not do a deal. Commons get reibursed spac fund money. Some of these commons spac plays have very little risk. Warrants are completely exposed. They could be worthless in theory if no deal and commons requested all funds back. But thats very rare. Im not sure ive ever seen a case yet.
