Don’t think R/S should be viewed as threatening at all when the company does not dump unrestricted stock into the float like typical pink sheet scams do. RELI OS has remained virtually the same for a long time.

Check out GMG!, had an OS of 2.8 billion earlier this summer and was trading at $0.004.

Announced a 150-1 R/S but continued to climb in price to $0.0188 , then the split took effect on 6/26/2020

$0.0188 became $2.82, and the stock is now above $6

Look at their financial statements, revenue #s much lower compared to RELI
