Ben said in one of the calls, if memory serves, that they have an angel investor. If so, that would mean some financing and probably some limited dilution.

Also, they don't need much financing for a while. What will the next prototype cost,somewhat between half a million and a million. That prototype will be semi-commercial, which means they can get some small amount of revenue from it. They already have the acreage of king grass, which they will be testing on this prototype for continutous operation. If that all works, they may be able to cover rent and such with the proceeds from the next prototype.

As to full commericalization, consider all the struggling ethanol refineries out there. I think a deal could be made. Ben said about 30 million to refit an existing plant. Doable, I would say.
