Read my post 13435. Every stockholder waisted their time in the HEAD deal. The billionaire doesn't share. His convertible note in TMPS he has will tell you he doesn't have to do anything but convert and force the company into bankruptcy and that's the end of the company's stockholders.

He walks with all assets, contracts and anything of value. The stockholder could've raised the money and removed the note. But, they didn't and now it's to late.

It's time to move on. This billionaire is not your friend and he has every right to do what has been done.
