I won’t go as far as to say the whole success of the business is contingent in Brentwood, but it’s certainly a significant springboard to help with the financing of all their other future real estate endeavors. For the “Leader” in green assets, we haven’t seen too many assets go up in the last couple of years. That needs to change and soon.
