Holden the GSEs don’t owe anyone anything !

The GSEs have overpaid the GOVT by an estimated
124B dollars and of course these companies never
needed a loan from the GOVT in the first place.

You already know this so I’m not sure why you are
bringing it up.

As far as JPS yes the existing contracts should be
paid in full and commons should be paid back dividends
that the GOVT got and the private shareholders were not
allowed to have.
