Those that think SCOTUS is a sure win are living in fantasy land. I’ve always said 50/50 chance as it is still a gamble right now. There is no certainty that we will win. As you said if there is certainty then we wouldn’t be in the $1’s.

We will likely stay in this range until something solid happens. We have shot up to $4’s, $5’s, and $6’s in the past due to hope that something will happen such as admin action and judge Steele win,..... but as we have witnessed nothing has happened. Not only nothing has happened those doors have shut on us.

For me, I’m still hopeful that SCOTUS will render a fair verdict how can anyone with a little brain not see that the GSEs were wronged! However I would not be surprised if we get screwed as I’ve seen unfair things in life too many times.
