Will the Supreme get caught in HERAs Quicksand ?

The Supreme needs to stay above one of the worst
Laws ever written ( HERA ) and if they don’t they
will be caught in its Quicksand.

I used to have confidence in the Supreme but that
court has gotten so weak over the years that nobody
really knows what they stand for today.

HERA violates many Laws that already are on the
books and needs to be discarded by the Supreme.

Let’s see if they do their jobs or Let’s see if they
start making up Law out of the clear blue sky one
more time.
