Look at the chart volume. They play the swap shares game to create a volume illusion and fool traders into believing something is actually here, sell enough shares to cover the bills and then let it rest till the next month. Those that buy at one are then trapped for a month as the bid goes to zero. When the truth stares them in the face, they sell at the next swap game to get out even... One guy recently got lucky and sold his shares for a 0.00005 profit. $50 on 1M shares. That is the exception and not the rule...
