VALUE OVER $1. I've been investigating all the small market caps stocks with over 1 billion OS...they're ALL over 0.48's with BAD REVENUE and HUGE DEBTS. OPTI is easy over $1. Shares buyback is the option they will do once the $2 billion filed and reported thru SEC in Dec.
