the only news I can find is on Yahoo 2 hrs ago which state they have agreed to the merger. If so the 21 month teermination clause is not an issue it will merge prior tro thta date. I am hoping THCB does the same it has a very tight time frame.SBE IMO looks solid. IMO it will be 5 years befroe they get enought of the long life batteries but may get some fast charge ones in 2 yearas or less. That could increase the numbeer of folks who elect for electric vehicals. Charge point will be earning big bucks in the mean time. Each commercial station costs about 8-12,000 in plaace. They do sell to anyone wanting to set up sations they will also receivve 10% on each ubit. A family unit is about $6,000 installed. The do have sevice plans.. Man made it not God so there will be break downs. Chuna has 400,000 units. If I remember Norway is the 2nd largest number of units . USA only about 100,000 so lots of place for units.
