I agree. He always responded before but I knew the day would come where he stopped. He must be busy working on that $10+ million overseas funding he told us about in feb 2020. :). I dont think he actually owns enough of the land to justify someone coming to the table to pay off the debt. Those pay day loans with loan shark interest rates must be astronomical by now.
