I am not sure if you understand:

PZOO lab is owned by 2 parties. 1 - Private, 2-Pzoo INc.

#1 had 70% stake and #2 had 30% stake. As of sometime this year, #1 bought lab 10% additional(80/20 now) to convert debt from #2 to additional share for #1.

NOTE: #2 had outstanding debt for #1.

We are buying shares for #2 here and not #1.
