What is the worst case scenario here if the insurance agency deal does not close by years end? It seems as if all hopes lie on this alleged massive insurance agency deal with a target close end of 2020. So we're in a six week window here.

If that falls through what happens next? 4 cents? 2 cents?

Hard to trust any thing this company claims nowadays and I fear we're being gaslit by this 130 office insurance deal that won't close.
