but i have to think the recent Covid vaccine developments are positive for Simplicity and esports in general. Simplicity specifically is in the process of buying the best performing centers of their 40+ franchises in order to capture 100% of revenues rather than just a franchise fee, and at cheaper prices since during the pandemic, while at the same time negotiating new leases with center landlords, based on a % of revs rather than traditional rent. so basically these centers will have no fixed costs making them immediately cash flow positive. and if now a vaccine is going to be available revenues could return to normal sooner than later.
also Flamengo is in about 4 Esports now rather than just League of Legands. not to mention WINR now owns a League of Legends franchise since Riot awarded one to Flamengo last month.
but definitely uplistings are usually positive events.
