How would we organize either:

1) To organize a vote to oust Art and Jim
2) To arrange for a board of overseers since they are complete simpletons? (IMO)

Any ideas from a LEGAL perspective, not opinions. If they are majority owners of this sh#t company, maybe we're wasting our breath. Someone research this.
