Oh yeah. There is, and always has been, a lot of "it's coming," "this is it," etc. however the action around the early part of December should be very interesting between the pre hearing meeting as well as 12/9 itself.

Anyone know how long until SCOTUS renders a decision after the 12/9 hearing? If not a specified time window, is there an average? Please no wild numbers and guesses out of your butts. Just real stuff please.
