link to dismissal for settlement hearing AHFD. just tested it, works.
do not know for sure if this will be at 8:30 a.m. sharp
or if it is a couple of different cases including AHFD
scheduled in a block of time. Barring unforeseen
circumstances I plan on listening/watching.
really doubt hearing anything substantial, but my guess
is if there is any chance of this going forward, besides morass,
this is the last obstacle holding up forward progress.
guessing also this may end up being the writing on the
wall that in days afterwards stock becomes worthless/delisted, done.
however just from the type of individual Manos is,
unless it is forced upon him, doesn't want to give up on company/shareholders. then Manos can begin to open up/news what he plans on doing. is possible morass may be making it impossible to move forward due to some type of instability, unsureness, unwillingness to proceed until morass is handled. percentage wise my guess is 25% writing on the wall/delisted or 50% nothing substantial, yet hope, patience or 25% substantial information which then should immediately or in the next day see volume and price move once again.
