My knowledge comes from the announcements the company has made and my observation that the company has publicly laid out a business plan. Like many shareholders here, I was disappointed that the company could not commence the tailings project operation at the tail end of 2006. This delay was explained recently with the announcement that the Peruvian assay of the mineral content was delayed for approximately two months. As Forest Gump would say"SH#T Happens" The company wanted to do its own independent due diligence to make sure the project was economically viable. I'm sure you would agree that doing your homework BEFORE you invest your money is good business practice. I hope that answers your question. The company has an ambitious plan to commence operations for tailings and Cerro Rico in 2007. While some gaffs and pitfalls will probably occur, if they are successful in becoming a silver and gold producer, I firmly believe that the current PPS will seem very cheap in hindsight. If you don't believe, you should leave.
