Someone here -- and the reason that I say "here" is because a person did capture a screen shot of my post from this site -- faxed an anonymous copy of that post, presenting it as having been my words, and it was NOT taken kindly by management. It is no great mystery to Dial who I am. I have met with him on two separate occasions (April 4 and August 9 of 2006), so the ease with which he can contact me to vent his frustrations in the case of such venomous words -- words he thought were mine to refute -- is the cause for my genuine concern. did you ever once stop to think that dialer has been looking for an excuse to cut off communications with you? Did you ever once consider that you’ve been the biggest royal pain in his ass, with your phone calls every two days, numerous attorneys, shareholder coalitions, visits to his office etc etc etc etc etc etc. I bet Jarvis didn’t warn him about someone like you when they passed the scam baton. Dialer IMO IMO IMO “probably” (keep in mind that this is ALL my suppositions and my own unverified opinion which is probably wrong) screen shotted your post himself, faxed it to himself, and then sent word down the line that he was pissed, all so he could a) cut you off from further communication and b) justify in his own mind giving you the shaft just like he’s IMO been giving all the other nameless faceless shareholders the same shaft all this time. Any slight justification will do when you’re looking for a way to feel better about committing “screw the little guy”, or in your case “the big guy”. Dialer doesn’t need any fax coming through to his office to see your posts, he looks here on a regular basis, I’m sure of it.
I vehemently resent what someone is trying so very hard to do to me. The fact that someone is trying very hard to cause me distress is good indication that something is definitely awry outside of Grifco. Some individual or some group very cleary has great disdain for my positive view of what I consider now to be an inevitable outcome -- a really great outcome.Maybe just maybe they’re pissed because they listened to you and bought this POS in the first place, and then listened to you again when they wanted to sell, and didn’t and now are out a trainload of money. in Medical school, we were taught, when you hear hoofprints look for horses not zebras. You increasingly look for and blame some non-existent conspiracy theory of stealing and or counterfeiting shares to sell, when the company has it’s own printing press and dialer won’t let ANYONE see the transfer agent’s statement as to how many shares there are outstanding…. There really is a business operating in Scott, LA that has been hot on a ramp-up of production (an eyewitness has reported recent increases in productivity and can attest to those FACTS), this is why people are pissed at you. You state guesses and hearsay as fact. and there really is a business operating out of Houma, LA that is also ramping up productivity (same eyewitness can also attest to those FACTS). Sure, I don't know the actual numbers as of yet, but we will all know them soon enough, won't we?NO, you won’t. if dialer was going to post numbers, audits, any kind of verifiable financial information he would have already, I’m sure of it
Now, one insurmountable observation I simply cannot logically reason through is this: Why in the world would Grifco work so hard to go all-out public by going into an OTCBB company if a long and lingering look at its financial picture was anything but positive? they probably are not, IMO they are going through the motions to appear as if they are, but they’re probably not any closer to merging than they ever were. I conceive of no possible reason to work hours upon hours, only to reveal a bleak financial state.IMO they won’t reveal it, and some people would work tirelessly if it were profiting them a hundred thousand a month to do so It would NOT make any sense to do so! MMMMMMOOOOOONNNNEEEEEEY!/ Simple logic invariably reveals that finances MUST be good -- ok, maybe not exceptionally so, but good enough to reveal to any and all probing eyes. Sure, there is absolutely nothing that one can dare review now, once again you’re kidding right? Dare review? There’s nothing daring about it. I sure would do it in a heartbeat and everyone else would too. The following FACTS about Grifco's past I can accept:
1) Very disappointing choice of a reverse merger candidate in LTBI that subsequently led to the inability to properly audit their financials by September 2005;
2) Severe lack of even reasonable amount of follow-through on far too many of their PR's, which led to widespread doubt and distrust in the authenticity of PR's;
3) Shamefully disappointing recurrence of another poor choice of a reverse merger candidate in IPHG for CTT, which led to a greater degree of doubt and distrust;
4) Poorly written (or worded) and rather confusing (and often contradictory and/or rebutting) PR's that led to even more of widespread doubt and distrust;
5) Wickedly manipulative sell-off of phantom (or counterfeit) shares by nefarious groups of entrepreneurially opportunistic vermin, who hope for bust; and
6) Long and drawn-out timetables to accomplish any measure of observable progress in their ambitious plan of restructuring, spinning-off CTT and merging with TTII.
Now, I understand that there have been "force majeur" reasons for the delays upon delays, so they can print more shares, sell them and pocket the moneybut regardless of the many untold reasons (justifiable or otherwise), it does tend to wear upon the shoulders of those who wait with great anticipation.great aniticpation? Try crushing despair! The likes of Oracle, who wait as patiently as possible for any of the progress to be made known, are only human, and humans can only wait so long, to be sure, before they move on to greener pasture. But I, my dear friends, am as patient as I must be, that I might reap the rewards that I know can be had with the likes of Grifco.KNOW? there you go again.
I sincerely do believe that this "stray dog" stock is grossly undervalued. Sure, it may look bad for the moment, but I can wait long enough until the true value that I know know?
