the *company* is on the OTC
the OTC is for the most part .. a manipulated hot mess
those who *illegally manipulate* OTC targets by rote like P2O
do so with a 99% *success rate* .. it is those OTC 1%er's
that outlast/survive and can *execute* in spite of years of
a relentlessly brutalized PPS .. that make aspects *interesting*

P2O's CEO is many things .. but stupid isn't one of them .. ;)
