It is obvious, there are buyers out there. But with people willing to sell cheap, why raise the bid? If the bid sellers would stop selling at bid and the people at ask would always put just 500 shares at ask and then if it sells raise the next 500 at least a penny and test where the buyers would go, we could be maybe 30 cents maybe 40 cents who knows where?
