Yes, you are correct. they have said with no proof of it other than words.

So if someone said to you "the check is in the mail" and you've been waiting for it for a month and it hasn't arrived, but the sender keeps saying "yes I sent it any day now"

So you would expect shareholders to express blind faith here.


Why hasn't any actual proof been provided by the company? Wouldn't it be beneficial to DSGT and their investors/shareholders to disclose something. Shouldn't be a big deal to disclose so the big question can be put to rest.



Jonway/Skywell have exclusivity with DSGT for North America.

Wouldn't there be an 8k filing to the SEC if this was true?

I haven't seen any for this on SEC.


AMHO.

I like a company that's more concerned with becoming successful than pleasing and placating the shareholders (because business success WILL please shareholders). DSGT has been providing an abundance of news and press releases.... to the tune of 1 or 2 every week. If people aren't believing what they release, or are nervous for one reason or another, I just don't think it's company's responsibility to hold our hands or to try and allay our fears.
They've said all loans from now on will be conventional, no more convertible debentures.
They've said vehicles are at the Experience Center showroom.
They've said dealer network is expanding rapidly.
They've said the GOLF side of things is starting to blow up.
They've said vehicles are selling before they even arrive.f
They've announced that the JONWAY factory in China, devoted exclusively to selling vehicles in North AMerica (through IMPERIUM), has begun operations.
They've announced a lot more... about $5.7mm in advanced orders, in electric bikes being sold out in 10 minutes, and so much more.
BUT WE WANT MORE!!!?????
