It is interesting the company waited until the 16th to file but the filing does say “ The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10-Q in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays.”. I wonder the nature of the unanticipated delays. They also check the following box “no” - “
(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? [ ] Yes [X] No”. I interpret this to mean there won’t be any significant changes,
