I agree with what you are saying, the problem is the price of oil is not stable and if the oil companies stop fracking because of economics, there will be no water to treat. I work in the Eagleford shale field and I know what is going on, trust me I have been doing this for 40 years and I have been through several booms and bust. Look up the rig count for this area and Midland also. I am not saying that PCTL will not do good in the oil and gas industry, I am saying it will not be until the oil companies take off again.
