Additional UK entity “Bentley FX Trading Limited” registered to Alan yesterday. One can surmise its either for the app (Bentley XL), the rumored non-dilutive funding through a security token exchange, or the acquisition he has mentioned on Twitter. I have asked him about it and he has not replied, which tells me he can’t say anything yet as it would be material. Looks like we’re getting closer.
