On the contrary. Being an SEC registrant, DPLS can't afford delinquency and get suspended. The note holders are in control now. If O'Leary doesn't want to end up in court, he'll jump through the necessary hoops. How bad can it get? O'Leary has to take on debt to pay auditors fees to disclose filings. There are no contracts coming because DPLS can't afford to pay a manufacturer to fulfill a contract. This has been known for a while now. DPLS is in death spiral mode.
