we already know that e-trade, fidelity will not allow investors to buy pred any longer. you can sell but you cannot buy!
TD- Ameritrade allows every thing for now, but it is possible that buying pred on other platforms could be limited on the buy side.
This results in management must find away to escape.
My opinion either a listed SEC filer, a SPAC or a nasdaq corp. It is coming
