7:01am 10/17/03 U.S. stock funds have inflows of $4.4 bln last week By Tomi Kilgore NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Funds investing primarily in U.S. stocks took in $4.4 billion in new money during the week ending Oct. 15, estimates Trim Tabs director of research Carl Wittnebert, vs. inflows of $4.3 billion the week before. International stock funds had outflows of $200 million, after taking in $1.1 billion the prior week. Bond funds had inflows of $500 million, adding to inflows of $200 million the week before.
