I don’t think this is a scam at all. I see it as a guy with a great product that’s having a hard time bringing it to market because he keeps making bad contacts. The membership with the API and international status from the dept of commerce are signals that he might be making better decisions. The notes set at 70% below market aren’t super but they’re a whole lot better than what we had before. Small steps forward.
