The decision which denied the Motion for Relief from the Default Judgment is appealable and is not decided by Judge Middlebrooks. It is decided by the Eleventh Circuit of the Court of Appeals. They can't appeal the order for the default judgment which was entered in February. However, the order which denied the motion to set aside the default judgment is appealable. What is upcoming is the damages hearing. Trust I know what I'm talking about.
