Mismanaged or lately micro managed?

Personally I think AnnMarie has done a good job turning the company around (the restructuring) and bringing it all together regarding the corporate governance.

However, I am beginning to wonder about her management skills/experience or her role as CEO. She is obviously a talented Lawyer and Accountant, project manager etc. Someone I think is VERY valuable.Chairman seems to be an appropriate role.?!

I am careful about how much faith to put into Glassdoor reviews.
Looks like a couple folks were disgruntled but others gave her rave reviews. Who do you believe? I tend to go with the overall consensus and it seems favorable. Or have I missed something?

To me, as a public company, part of the gig is to increase shareholder value.
