The allegation that the management has done nothing to enhance shareholder value is totally false. The litigation that management has undergone has ABSOLUTELY enhanced shareholder value.

Unless you define shareholder value as an increase in share price...but I see shareholder value as the potential for dividends and a buyout from Total.
