Again, poor marketing skills on their behalf. The website should have downloadable PDF brochures for customers to print out without even having to make a request by phone. Hello it's 2007...!
They really need to "wake up" with this issue of marketing if they want to turn into a successful company.
They seem to have the greatest, innovative, versatile, one of a kind product that nobody knows about...!! and the competition is going to zoom right past them. I don't mean to bash, but this would be comical if I wasn't an investor.
