I agree. Warrants issued are usually 50% of the common that was issued. ie: Issue 1.5 million common @ 1.00 and 750,000 warrants exercisable at 1.50 for 2 years is pretty standard in this type of offering.

Bottom line: Anything below 1.00 is a bargain imho.
