Additional milestone payments

The definitive agreement outlines future share payments upon reaching the following milestones: The issuance of 7,500,000 of common shares of the Company within 14 business days of prototype delivery to the Company.

Furthermore, upon receipt of the final patent, the company will issue 5,000,000 common shares of the Company. There is no assurance that a prototype will be completed or that a final patent will be issued by the U.S. patent office.
