Makes little sense to do a capital raise this close to their next quarterly report at such a low PPS, unless the revenue numbers aren't rising significantly from the previous two quarters. If revenue numbers are up significantly then it would make sense to do a Capital raise AFTER the next report. Why not do it at a higher PPS which should be likely with better revenue numbers. IMO.
I could see doing it now only if they are trying to give a "Sweetheart deal" to prospective shareholders who see great potential with Khiron in the near future.
Currently it is obvious that there is little demand for this stock as the majority of buying and selling is controlled by certain market makers.
