Found one on scan today. Take a look at historical chart. She's a NASD trading below 1.00. Last two months, around the middle of the month, there seems to be a push to get her over 1.00 for at least two days. She had some activity today but didn't make it over that mighty 1.00 mark. By doing that, they avoid getting the nasty gram from NASD for trading below 1.00 for 30 consecutive days.
Now, let me see...I wonder how much grief I would get if I posted this without the ticker...lol. I almost did...lol.
